Shipping Destinations & Regions
To maintain our high standards of delivery speed and product safety, Moldartly currently exclusively ships to the 48 contiguous United States.
Important Address Restrictions:
Due to the delicate nature of our high-precision 3D-printed molds and the specific requirements of our premium carriers, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We require a physical residential or business address to ensure that your items are handled with the care they deserve and to facilitate successful tracking and delivery confirmation. We appreciate your understanding in helping us guarantee the integrity of your order.
Transparent Shipping Rates
We believe in a straightforward and honest pricing structure. Our shipping rates are calculated based on your order subtotal before taxes and are clearly displayed during the checkout process—what you see is exactly what you pay, with zero hidden surcharges.
Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $70.
Flat Rate Shipping: A simple fee of $7 applies to all orders under $70.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
To provide you with a reliable expectation of when your creative tools will arrive, we break down our timeline into two distinct phases:
1. Order Cut-off Time:11:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time / EST, UTC-5). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.
2. Handling Time (Dispatch Processing): Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday) for our team to perform quality inspections, precision packaging, and labeling.
3. Transit Time (In-Transit): Once shipped via our trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), your package will typically spend 7-12 business days in transit.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: Handling Time (1-3 Days) + Transit Time (7-12 Days) = 8-15 Business Days Total.
Order Tracking & Logistics Updates
The moment your order is scanned into the carrier’s system, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package.
Tracking Activation: Please note that tracking information typically requires 24-48 hours to activate and reflect status updates within the carrier’s online portal.
Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple items or personalized custom stamps, they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages to ensure the fastest possible delivery of available stock. You will receive tracking numbers for each individual parcel.
Address Accuracy & Secure Delivery
At Moldartly, we rely on the information provided at checkout to ensure successful delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
Inaccurate Information: We cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect address entry. Any additional shipping costs incurred for re-sending a returned package will be the responsibility of the customer.
Missing Packages: If your tracking information states “Delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please contact the local carrier (UPS/FedEx/USPS) immediately to file a claim. While we are happy to provide supporting documentation for your claim, we are not liable for packages once they are marked as successfully delivered to the provided address.
Damaged in Transit Claims
We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our molds and use protective packaging to prevent damage. However, if your items arrive damaged due to carrier handling:
