If a product does not meet your creative expectations, we have designed a transparent, fair, and professional return process to ensure your satisfaction remains our top priority.
Return Window & Eligibility Standards
We offer a straightforward 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following strict criteria to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers:
Pristine Condition: The item must be brand new, unused, and unworn, with no traces of dough, fondant, or cleaning agents.
Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels intact.
Secure Re-packaging: Given the delicate nature of our high-definition molds, you must ensure the return package is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
How to Initiate a Return (RMA Intercept)
To maintain our high operational standards and prevent lost parcels, we utilize a Mandatory Authorization process.
Step 1: Contact our support team at [email protected] with your Order Number and the reason for your return. Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific Return Address instructions.
IMPORTANT WARNING:Please do not send items back to the sender’s address on the shipping label without contacting us first. Blind returns without an authorized RMA cannot be identified by our system and will result in the forfeiture of your refund.
Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility
We believe in a fair allocation of costs based on the nature of the return:
Merchant Responsibility (Damaged or Incorrect Items): If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered, Moldartly will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. You must notify us and provide clear photo evidence of the damage within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a prepaid return label.
Customer Responsibility (Customer Remorse/Change of Mind): If you decide you no longer want the item or selected the wrong design/size, you will be responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
No Restocking Fees
In compliance with our commitment to transparency and GMC’s highest trust standards, Moldartly does not penalize our customers for returns. We proudly declare a $0.00 Restocking Fee policy. You will never be charged an additional administrative or processing fee for returning an eligible item.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return parcel arrives at our facility, our quality control team will perform an inspection within 1-3 business days.
Approval: If the item meets our eligibility standards, a refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.
Banking Delays: Please note that while we process refunds instantly upon approval, most financial institutions require 3-10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention
We operate with efficiency to get your tools to you quickly. You may request a full, unconditional cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order has likely entered our production or logistics queue and must follow the standard return process after delivery.
Fraud Prevention: To protect our community, Moldartly reserves the right to refuse a refund if a return is found to be fraudulent, such as returning a heavily used item, a different product than what was purchased, or an empty package.
