Product Representation & Technical Accuracy
We put immense effort into ensuring our product photography and descriptions accurately reflect our 3D-printed molds and debossers. However, please be advised of the following industry-standard variances:
Color Discrepancy: Due to the inherent differences in digital display settings across smartphones, tablets, and computer monitors, as well as variations in ambient lighting during photography, the actual color of the physical product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Such variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
Manufacturing Tolerances: Given the precision 3D-printing and custom molding processes used, a minor dimensional variance of 0.1mm to 0.2mm is considered a reasonable tolerance within professional standards.
Physical Attributes: Some intricate designs may require a brief “break-in” period or specific dusting with flour/powder to achieve optimal results, as is common with high-definition baking tools.
Usage & Safety Responsibility
At Moldartly, we provide the tools, but the safe and proper application of these tools rests with the consumer. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following safety guidelines:
Heat Sensitivity Warning: Our molds are designed for shaping dough, fondant, or clay at room temperature. They are not oven-safe and should not be exposed to high-heat environments (such as dishwashers or microwaves), as this will cause permanent physical deformation.
Material Safety: While our products are crafted for baking utility, they are tools and not toys. They should be stored out of reach of small children and pets to prevent choking hazards or accidental misuse.
Property & Personal Liability:Moldartly shall not be held liable for any damage to property or personal injury resulting from the improper use, storage, or maintenance of our products.
Errors, Shipping & External Delays
While we aim for perfection, Moldartly reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to pricing and availability at any time, including after an order has been submitted. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
Furthermore, please note that all estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by factors outside of our direct control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, carrier service interruptions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
