At Moldartly, we take the quality and hygiene of our baking tools very seriously. If you feel there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific shipping instructions.
Strict Requirement: Please do NOT send items back to the address on your shipping label without prior authorization.
